FMC supported the national launch of the 'Pain Proposal' report, which examined the current and future management of chronic pain in Ireland. The report was developed by a range of experts in the fields of chronic pain, policy and economics in partnership with Pfizer Healthcare Ireland, the Irish Pain Society, Chronic Pain Ireland and Arthritis Ireland.

A launch event for media and stakeholders took place in the RCPI and was covered widely in press, online and by broadcast media including RTÉ News, TV3 News, Newstalk 106 FM, the Irish Times, Irish Examiner, Irish Independent and the Daily Mail amongst others.
